Before the city voted to remove the controversial 'gun' banners from Yakima Avenue they voted to add new 'wine country' banners along North 1st Street.
Beginning Saturday, March 1st, River Drive will be closed for repairs where some of the worst pot holes in the city can be found. The closure will affect drivers headed westbound from Mound Street at the Village of East Davenport to Bridge Avenue.
