Harley-Davidson Inc. said Friday that the Grammy Award-winning rock band Foo Fighters will play the motorcycle manufacturer's 105th anniversary celebration in a ticketed concert on Milwaukee's lakefront Aug. 29 -- at the same outdoor venue where Bruce Springsteen will play a day later.
